By placing an order on mymemorylk.com you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Products and pricing
All prices are shown in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We try to keep product descriptions, images and prices accurate, but errors can occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we will contact you before processing the order and you may cancel it for a full refund.
Product images are for illustration. Colours and packaging may differ slightly from the images shown.
3. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed only when we accept it and send an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if we cannot verify your contact details, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
Orders are not cancelled automatically. If we do not receive payment for an order, we will contact you first, and we cancel the order manually only after that.
4. Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery, direct bank transfer, card payments through PayHere, and instalment payments through Koko and Payzy. Instalment plans are provided by those companies and are subject to their own terms and approval.
For bank transfers, your order is processed after we receive payment confirmation.
5. Delivery
We deliver islandwide, usually within 1 to 4 working days from the date the order is confirmed. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather or events outside our control.
A flat delivery charge of LKR 450.00 applies. Delivery is free for orders over LKR 60,000.00. Local pickup from our Galle store is also available at no charge.
Please check the parcel at the time of delivery. If the package is visibly damaged, refuse it or note the damage with the courier and contact us the same day.
6. Returns, exchanges and refunds
Returns and exchanges are handled under our Return and Exchange Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Warranty
Warranty periods differ by product and are shown on each product page. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, unauthorised repair, normal wear, or damage caused by incorrect use or power fluctuations.
To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order number and the original invoice. Shipping costs for warranty claims are borne by the customer in both directions — sending the item to us and returning it to you.
8. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account details and password secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to copy its content, images or product descriptions for commercial use without our written permission.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including the MY MEMORY name and logo, text, images and layout, belongs to us or our suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Brand names and logos of products we sell belong to their respective owners.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of data, loss of profit, or loss of use.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Affairs Authority Act and other applicable Sri Lankan consumer protection law.
12. Privacy
We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Sri Lanka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
