1. Order processing time: Orders are typically processed within 3hrs of payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended.
2. Delivery delays: We strive to meet the estimated delivery times, but unforeseen circumstances such as, weather conditions, or courier partner may cause delays. We appreciate your understanding in such situations. And we will be updating the customer.
3. Tracking information: Once your order is dispatched, we will whatsapp a courier tracking number to your registered mobile number. You can use this number to track the status of your order, by calling the courier partners hotline number or you can track through their realtime website tracking. Tracking updates may take some time to appear on the courier partners website.
4. Delivery address accuracy: Ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for items delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses in such events customer will be fully bound to pay the point to point delivery cost as penalty.
5. Order detail changes: Contact our customer service team promptly if you need to make changes to your delivery address. Changes may not be possible after the order has been processed.
